Analyzing Nazi Processes – Questionnaire

To properly analyze processes in Nazi organizations, you must ask the following questions:

  1. Who designed the process in question?
  2. Who was the process leader/manager?
  3. What were the key external factors that influenced the process?
  4. What did trigger the process?
  5. Who were the key stakeholders of the process?
  6. Who were the principal actors/personnel of the process?
  7. What were the key objectives of the process?
  8. What were the key inputs of the process?
  9. What were the key outputs of the process?
  10. What were the key controls of the process?
  11. What were the subprocesses/jobs/activities of the process?
  12. What was the key source of financing for the process?
  13. What tools and methods were used by the principal actors?
  14. What were the key decisions and actions of the principal actors?
  15. What were the actual outcomes of the process (in terms of aggregate value)?
  16. How much aggregate value was created or destroyed by the process?
  17. How efficient were the key actors in achieving objectives of the process and generating aggregate value?
  18. How criminal were the activities of the principal actors and the whole process in question?
