- What did trigger the process?
- Who were the key stakeholders of the process?
- Who were the principal actors/personnel of the process?
- What were the key objectives of the process?
- What were the key inputs of the process?
- What were the key outputs of the process?
- What were the key controls of the process?
- What were the subprocesses/jobs/activities of the process?
- What was the key source of financing for the process?
- What tools and methods were used by the principal actors?
- What were the key decisions and actions of the principal actors?
- What were the actual outcomes of the process (in terms of aggregate value)?
- How much aggregate value was created or destroyed by the process?
- How efficient were the key actors in achieving objectives of the process and generating aggregate value?
- How criminal were the activities of the principal actors and the whole process in question?
