5. How did the individual get to his ultimate position? What was his biography – his “life story”?
6. Who were his stakeholders – internal and external?
7. What tools & methods did the actor use?
8. What were his decisions & actions?
9. What were his key accomplishments?
10. What were his awards?
11. How much aggregate value did he create or destroy for his stakeholders?
12. How efficient was he in performing his functions?
13. What crimes did he commit (if any)?
14. What was his “life after Reich”? What happened to him after the war?
